Tea Party on a Tray gathers credit card, debit card and shipping address information for the purpose of allowing our customers to purchase merchandise from teapartyonatray.com. This information is secure using GoEmerchant.
Tea Party on a Tray gathers e-mail address information to confirm purchase with our customers as well as send visitors information about our products, sales and specials. If you do not wish to receive e-mails from us after your purchase, please e-mail service@teapartyonatray.com.
Shipping
Our goal is to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday, except for Holidays). If we encounter any problems while processing or shipping your order, we will contact you immediately.
Gift orders should indicate the desired date of delivery by notation on the instruction section with your personal message to appear on the card. We will make every effort to process and deliver your orders on time. Gift orders should be ordered seven days before desired specific date of delivery for UPS ground service.
We offer three shipping options within the U.S.:
Fedex ground: $11.95
Fedex : $19.95
EXPRESS mail (USPS) (next day): $26.95
NOTE: Depending on the location, shipping prices might be higher.
International or APO/FPO
We use the U.S. Postal Service for APO/FPO and international orders. For information regarding shipments to APO/FPO and international shipments, please call 866-746-5376 or e-mail us at service@teapartyonatray.com.
After shipping your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail that includes a tracking number. You can use this information to check the status and location of your order at www.fedex.com or www.usps.com.
Damaged merchandise Return policy
We will give detailed attention to your package while wrapping and shipping it. However, if your package is damaged in transit, please e-mail us at service@teapartyonatray.com for a replacement. Please retain the mailing container, packaging materials and product for proof of damage and we will issue a pick-up via a carrier for a damaged claim.
RETURN POLICY
We will refund your purchase price within 14 days of the original order, shipping is the responsibility of purchaser.
